  • Estate (XXL): Up to 110 lbs. If you are near the weight limit, we always recommend choosing one size up to ensure a comfortable and respectful fit.

To capture the best likeness, we recommend providing at least 3 clear photos: one of the face, one showing the full body/back markings, and one of the tail.

Svara: Yes, absolutely. Every PetOsmos urn includes complimentary hand-painted personalization. You can specify the name, dates, or a short meaningful phrase (e.g., “Always in our hearts”) in the “Personalization” box before adding the item to your cart.

 

Svara: Unlike mass-produced resin (plastic) urns that can crack or peel over time, our urns are made of 100% genuine high-fire ceramic. The colors are created using mineral pigments baked into the glaze at 1300°C. This means the portrait of your pet is stone-hard and fade-proof—it will remain as beautiful as your memories for centuries.

 

Svara: Each urn is a unique work of art hand-sculpted by our artisans. The standard creation process takes 3 to 4 weeks. Once finished, we ship via tracked air express, which typically takes 7-12 business days to arrive in the US. We will provide a tracking number as soon as your tribute is on its way.

 

Svara: Yes. Our urns are designed with a precision-fit lid and a specialized moisture-proof seal. This ensures that your pet’s ashes are kept safe, dry, and protected. For permanent sealing, a small drop of high-strength adhesive (like super glue) can be applied to the rim before closing the lid.
