Customer Content: By uploading photos of your pets, you grant Petosmos a non-exclusive license to use these images solely for the purpose of creating your customized product.
Artistic Interpretation: You acknowledge that our products are handcrafted art. Small variations in color, shape, and expression are part of the artistic process and do not constitute defects.
5. Third-Party Links & Tools
We may provide you with access to third-party tools (such as Airwallex for payments) which we neither monitor nor have any control over. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China, with the registered address at Pan’an County, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province.
