Confirm the selected size’s usable capacity, external dimensions, closure and care instructions before ordering. If a particular material specification or finish is essential to you, ask us to confirm it for your chosen urn.
Include clear reference photos and check the spelling of any name or date you request.

Standard handcrafted urn orders are normally ready to ship in approximately 6–8 weeks. Rush production, when available, is approximately 3–4 weeks. After production and approval, estimated delivery is 7–12 business days to the United States or 10–20 business days internationally.
Requested revisions, busy periods and transit delays can affect timing. Tracking is provided when the order ships. See the production and shipping policy; production estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
6. What should I check about the lid and closure?
Please confirm the lid design and any sealing instructions for your selected urn before purchase. Do not assume that a fitted lid is waterproof or airtight.
Before using an adhesive or permanently closing the urn, obtain product-specific instructions and consider whether you may need to reopen it later.
