If you feel that your custom figurine or keepsake does not capture your pet’s spirit or meet our promised quality standards, we are committed to making it right.

Your happiness is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or resolution within 30 days of delivery.
Note: For highly personalized items (such as custom-sculpted figurines), we encourage you to participate in the photo review process during production to ensure perfection before shipping.
3. How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: Email our support team at support@petosmos.com with your order number. While not required, sharing photos of your item helps us understand how we can improve.
Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization and the appropriate shipping instructions. Please ensure the item is securely packaged in its original cushioning to prevent damage during transit.
Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged due to shipping or if there is a manufacturing error:
Please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with clear photos of the damage and the packaging.
You do not need to return the broken item. We will prioritize a free replacement or a full refund for you right away.
